PARKERGALE WIDE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We will be a stronger community if we learn together.
In 2022, we hope to be able to offer more opportunities to learn and develop as one community. See below for what some of the opportunities might look like.

Virtual Quarterly Workshops
Once per quarter, we will offer a virtual 2-3 hour workshop on a cross-functional topic. Led by an expert in the field, these workshops could be as far ranging as learning the art of negotiation from a prominent business school professor, how to meditate from a mindfulness instructor, tips to improve your writing from a well known author, or how to balance a professional career and raising a family.
These sessions will be free of charge and open to all.
Cross-Portfolio Cohorts
The Table Group and L6 initiatives are designed to be introductory journeys into what it means to be a leaders inside ParkerGale companies. Once a leader has gone through these initial programs, we plan to offer more advanced programming intended to build additional leadership capacity and authentic connection across the ParkerGale family of companies. Journeys may include a deeper look at authenticity, how to be a more inclusive and equitable leader, how to improve your excel and analysis capabilities, and how to bring the principles of improv into your day-to-day.
Costs will vary from program to program, and cohorts will be open to any leader who has completed the Table Group or L6 learning journeys.
Virtual Book Clubs
Interested in getting deeper on a particular topic while building connections across the portfolio? Members of the ParkerGale team plan to host books clubs in an area of their speciality. Participation will include reading a book each 4-6 weeks and attending the discussion on each book.
Book clubs will be free of charge and open to all.
Goals of the development opportunities are simple
Foster growth and development across the portfolio on topics that are relevant to a wide variety of individuals.
Create a sense of community and belonging across the ParkerGale Family of Companies.
