This is a summary of the Talent Assessment Approach at ParkerGale. It includes both an overview of each assessment and a rough timeline for introducing each tool inside a portfolio company.

  1. LEADERSHIP FORECAST SERIES - “THE HOGAN”

Self assessment for senior leaders and emerging leaders.

Hogan’s Leadership Forecast Series gives leaders a complete understanding of their performance capabilities, challenges, and underlying motivators.

2. HOGAN TEAM REPORT

Team Assessment for executive teams

The Hogan Team Report provides leadership teams a holistic understanding of team strengths, potential blind spots, and shared values to inform how the team collaborates and produces results.

3. THE MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR - “MBTI”

Self assessment for all employees

The MBTI provides individuals an understanding of basic individual preferences that ladder up into personality. We generally deploy this in conjunction with the first Table Group facilitated off-site.

The Leadership Circle 360 is a best-in-breed 360 evaluation tool that provides leaders a snapshot of their self assessment and assessment from others on key leadership competencies.
